"Carly Simon" released the album "Into White" tinyurl.com/yhumhtthe album is a "cover album" of the classic songs, and guess what!!CAT IS ON!!!and not only he's on, his song is the title of the album!!!!!!That's just amazing!!!the album topped Amazon's music chart!!!!! WOW!!!!! |

I noticed this topic on "An Other" thread too. I thought it was a little strange that she titled the album and covered the song of an ex-boyfriend and also performs a song with her son Ben from ex-husband James Taylor. That said though, it doesn't seem to be a bad cover.

I bought this Cd today... It's a very slow album... Her voice is wonderful, I just wish there was a little more pep and production into the songs...

i love how this album is produced - is subtle, is moody, is dreamy, like waking up in the middle of the night from a strange dream... and she sing otherworldy...

I caught Carly on Oprah Wednesday. She performed a song from her new album with her children Sarah and Ben Taylor. Nope, she didn't leave any leads as to who 'Your So Vain ' was written for. But I was amazed at how much Ben looks and sounds just like his father, James Taylor.

On Oprah Carly said that Into White was written by James Taylor her ex husband?.... I always thought that Cat wrote the song.
