I believe back in 1979 time frame I heard this song and thought it was a Cat Stevens songs... It seems when I have a craving we make the thought, desire, or want into a reality even though it isn't... Anyway I went looking for this new Cat Stevens song that was: Genesis "Follow You Follow Me"

Well for me and I believe a lot of other people, Harry Chapin's timeless classic "Cat's in the Cradle" was generally considered by me to be a song done by Cat. Both artists have a very similiar style and sound- also the song title helped to fan those flames I think.
