Note right wrist, peace watch?  OK, I'll tell the "secret", then. ;D That is a rhinestone-studded cuff that I wore to the gig and, thanks to Yoriyos' kindness, spontaneously passed to Yusuf as a gift. I told Yoriyos that his dad needed a little "bling" now he's back in the biz.  I did see Yusuf put it on right away, and Yoriyos and I shared a smile over that.  Bob, thanks for getting a shot while he's wearing it. Gabi got one, too. On a side note, that cuff had been given to me by Mark, my boyfriend who many of you met back in May for the Island 50 gig. Fortunately, he wasn't the least bit miffed that I'd passed it along to someone else. And I have since purchased another since I like it so very much. -Joanne P.S.- Here's a shot from Gabi's Photobucket album. This was taken just prior to the show while a bunch of us were at the Chicago Rib Shack. You can just make out the cuff on my right wrist. LOL  |

Geez Joanne, how envy you.  Good on you for being so daring. I thought it might have been you. Who else has a thing for straz studded peace signs? ;D It was not hard to guess. What a great feeling it must have been when you saw it on Yusufs wrist. It must have made your night extra special. |

Gosh guys, I've been so out of the loop that I've missed all this great stuff (Bob's pix, the cool cuff secret, etc.)!!  What a fun story Joanne and how neat that Yusuf put it on (Yoriyos probably stole it later)! It really does remind me of the fashions he wore as Cat and I wish he could do a little more of it.  But I guess we take what we can get and enjoy it while it lasts. Thanks for the posts everybody, I truly enjoyed them!! ;D |

This is the concert everyone wants a DVD of ... He was very happy and joyful and relaxed here .. do you see the perfection  !!!! It really was THE Best!.... hard to duplicate that perfection of seeing Yusuf in the Zone.... like that .. wonder if it had to do with the warm setting .. whatever it was I hope they make a Dvd of it !!!
