He's a member of the US Army and they recommended him better not to go - unbelievable  Not to many for another backstage meeting - please, please Yusuf, Yori, Aminah, Majid !! |

Would be nice, if another of the BIG ONES would appear on the setlist for Mannheim CAN'T KEEP IT INCause our Yusuf can't keep it in and we can't either  You see, I'm already in excitement!! It'll be a great party to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of "coming home" at the Shepherd's Bush Empire Just three times sleeping!! |

Wishing you all a super time at the concert. Even though I am a geek sometimes I wish I werent a student, so that I could attend all his concerts. Ever since he came back to music I have been skipping them due to educational reasons but finally made it at Munich this time round and Now the desire to skip studies for the concert is every so more, I just "Can't Keep it in" . The concert was nearly sold out. Some last tickets being sold at the entrance, so there were nearly 10,000 people having a great time - together with my brother and me.
Best concert i ever been. The starting sequence of his planned musical was so nice. The medleys of his "first career songs", his kindness and friendlyness... everything was perfect - really the best concert i ever seen. At the end all people gathered in front of the stage and sang his old chart-breakers together with him.
Still full of the feelings from the concert. Sigh...
And greetings to all of you here on majicat - some of you may remind me from the old days as "catstevens.com" was still a messageboard.

Glad you had a great time this has been a fantastic few weeks for Majicatters a dream come true for some and a chance to catch up with old friends - the Majicat family continues to grow.

Yusufs voice was outstanding and so was the whole sound, the band everything. He sang Fill my Eyes, Oh very Young, Sad Lisa-the atmosphere was electric. Saw the grandchildren coming out for the encores, one of them dancing on Muhammeds shoulders! So cute!
Ah what a blissful evening!
Angelsea, Pecae train wonderfully rocky arrangements. Loved the musical section, great arrangements of the songs, lovely storytelling.

Fantastic - sounds much more relaxed than Berlin looking forward to Brussels but sad that will be the last night - but the memories of the past few weeks ..............

I'm back in London and I must say that Mannheim was the best Yusuf show of 'my' little seven show tour so far! But still Brussels to come for me... It was also so lovely to meet some other Majicatters again in Mannheim. Hope to see you soon. marky49 ...I have just had me my own slide show of your Yusuf pics.....what can I say but THANK YOU...IT WAS LOVELY...REALLY...I LOVE THEM ...so many of them took my breath away!!The lighting in many splendidly shows Yusuf at his best!!!TY again...I love all the talents we have round here!!
