Hahahahaha - But it is true though and anyway I might be only 22 but I really feel like a 90 year old...I have a weak back...bad knees...weak wrist...bad ankles LOL the list continues HAHAHA yeah too much sport related injuries that have become a burden on my body. Oh I'm dreading when i turn 90 (Inshallah - God Willing) I'm going to have the body of a 160 year old  . ;D Salaam and God Bless |

Joy x  As i write this message I'm about to go to the gym and then for a jog - hopefully this will help...BUT yoga no no no i don't have the patience for all the slithering around on the floor and breathing in and out slowly for like 10 minutes (yes I've never been yoga and kinda made this up ) Salaam and God Bless |

I might start when I'm older even though it might be too late...but for now I'm going to try and do Manly things like go to the Gym ;D (Well not so Manly when I lift small HEAVY weights and cry at the end of the workout but hey I'm working on the crying part LOL) Thanks for the advice though Aurarisma Salaam and God Bless |

I just cant get over this rendition of Father and Son .. Truly for me hands down.... the BEST I've heard seen and felt ever ..and heard and I've seen many LIVE versions... the phrasing .. reaching deeeep ... just gets me down deep ... the last verse ... stings .. like a beee .. yet sweeet ..

Sorry, but now I'm a little confused. Are Winnwinn, picturenovella, and Sylvia all one and the same person? Yes, that's me - it's confusing for me too sometimes. . . .  The winnwinn username is from when I first registered here quite long time ago and picturenovella is my very old youtube account. I'm not often here and always have problems posting LINKS (only here).  One of Yusufs student in his boys college stopped me and recognized me from his facebook page .. we chatted for a few moments God bless him ! He asked to take a photo.. awwww he was such a fine young man .. He finally sentit to me !! that was a fun night...filled with bliss !! I messed up some of the plans that night but it all worked out great in the end ..
This should be coming out on DVD sooon!!!!!
