Notice this? "..., he has been invited to join the Dalai Lama and a dozen Nobel peace laureates at the upcoming PeaceJam 10th Anniversary Youth Conference taking place in Denver in September. The goal of this historic event, which will be attended by 3,000 teenagers from 31 countries, is to inspire a new generation of peacemakers to transform their local communities, themselves, and the world.... We NEVER get one month's notice. Two weeks, if we're lucky!

update from www.bloombergwww.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601088&sid=aaQ27CqEsmSA&refer=muse#I like this snippet: ..He was just beginning rehearsals for this album,'' Kallman said in an interview. ``It was a chilling experience sitting in a very tiny rehearsal room as he was working through all the new material.''
The new album ``speaks to the essence of all the great Cat Stevens albums of the past,'' Kallman said. Atlantic plans to have Islam come to the U.S. to help promote the album around the time of its release. And of course this is wonderful news to hear. We don't anticipate any problems in the future when he arrives,'' Arsalan Iftikhar, national legal director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said in an interview today.
