Have you checked out M.O.L. or received their newsletter today? If not, then go to www.mountainoflight.co.uk/ to receive a free download of Yusufs newest children's song 'Ramadan Moon' What a sweet song.

Thanks for the link Christine A very "catchy" song with Yusuf in his usual fine form, the little one talking is so sweet!

Brilliant. Is it just me, for some reason this song reminds me of the Wizard of OZ?

When I download Ramadan Moon and try to play it, I get the message, "RealPlayer needs to download new software to play this clip," but when I click "OK," I get the message, "There is no software update available from Real to support this content." And when I click "Details," it says the problem is with "Content Type" and lists "zip." Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks, ~Sun~

Sun, It sounds like you were able to download the zip file without a problem, but before you can play the song, you need to "unzip" the file. Zip files are compressed files (made smaller than the original file to save space and speed up downloads), but they need to be uncompressed before their content can be used. Depending on the type of computer you have, exactly how to do that will differ. Older versions of Windows (older than XP, I believe) do not have the software built-in to unzip files that have been zipped, and you need to download a utility that can do that for you. (Newer versions of Windows should open the zip file if you double-click on the file's icon.) www.download.com has some software choices--some are free, some aren't. Once you are able to open or unzip the zip file, you can extract the sound file (save it where you want to keep it) and play it in RealPlayer. Hope this helps, Bella

Thanks for that Bella, because I've been ashamed to admit that zip files have always stumped me and even though I have zipgenius6, it didn't extract and I wasn't able to listen to it. I sort of, well gave up. That was a few days ago. I'll try it tonight.

Brilliant. Is it just me, for some reason this song reminds me of the Wizard of OZ? Thank you for the help, Bella, but I never did get the Ramadan Moon file to unzip on my new computer. It did play without any problem on my son's ancient computer! And yes, Catty, it is very reminiscent of The Wizard of Oz. And tonight is the actual night to look for the Ramadan Moon, since we are most likely to start fasting Ramadan tomorrow! Ramadan Mubarak (a Blessed Ramadan) to everyone! ~Sun~

Thank you, Anette. This is good news. Now anyone who can't extract Ramadan Moon from the zipped version that downloads, can just listen to it on You Tube. ~Sun~
