Yes, Sanna, Yusuf is on German TV!!! This is the link to the TV station, go on the right or on the left side, there you can click on "Yusuf Islam"! www.3sat.de/There are a lot of other very good performances, like Genesis, Queen, Bob Dylan.....go on the left side on Bob Dylan, a short clip from 1963, I think. It is fantastic.

Thanks for the link Butterfly. Wow..I wanna move to Germany 'cause you have good stuff on TV over there. Bob Dylan was quite a young man in that clip...um we ALL were young then. LOL

Sorry, I know, it is nothing new. Four years ago Yusuf was in a famous German live broadcast and gave a long interview. This is the link, but unfortunately the link to "Filmausschnitt" doesn't work on my computer. Yusuf Islam bei Reinhold Beckmann

HURT loved the videos. YI sounds wonderful, and great to see Alun by his side. The bouzouki sound in Peace Train was really uplifting. I think he has found his unique voice again, but I think he could do with a bit of a break. I think his voice also needs a rest before the concert in London.
Thanks again Hurt.

While waiting for the first reports and videos of the Perth concert, watch these historical interview from 1994. The german showmaster Thomas Gottschalk (living in L.A.) talks with Yusuf about Islam. At the end he says " if Allah should bring you back to the guitar somehow, it would be nice if the premiere will be in my show" 12 years later Yusuf's first appearance in German TV took place in his "Wetten dass?" show on 9th Dec. 2006 In March 2007 Thomas was the laudator for him at the Echo Award... cu Gabi
