I'm really surprised at the lack of hype and marketing for the DVD. I know Cat is no longer terribly mainstream but I can't understand them not sending review copies to the various online DVD websites.
Normally such a DVD would have garnered a few DVDs before the release and after. This one hasn't even had its release date mentioned on most review sites. And, well, the DVD wont sell itself.
Having said that it has spent the last few days between 80 and 113 on the Amazon.com seller list, which is very impressive. It's at around 600 in the UK.
Again it is selling but it's release has been so quiet surely only fans would know about it. A lot of people hear about new DVDs through review sites.

I noticed the same thing. Actually, I was quite disappointed that this wonderful treasure, didn't get the publicity it deserves. No review, or ANYTHING! How on EARTH are we to get the word out, if the media refuses to review it! There was NOTHING in any of the News Papers I saw in Florida!

I agree! Not a single store I have approached here know about the release. One young guy I asked was quite impressed and said how much he liked Cat Stevens and that he would love to see it. I'm not sure I am looking in the right places on the net as I'm unable to find the PAL edition to purchase.....

So what do we have to do to get this gem publicized the way it should be!! Every single major newspaper should be reviewing it. Every single major record store should have a giant ad out in front of their store! Get the word out! This GEM CANNOT BE MISSED!!
