I need someone to help me. Child for a day is one of my favourite songs but the version on Cat's album doesn't sound anywhere near as good as his live performance with David Essex. I've looked everywhere to find a copy of the MP3 for the live performance. Has anyone got a copy of the MP3? Or can someone convert the Realplayer version into an MP3? or does anyone know where I can get one? Pleeeeeeeeease   |

I have got a live version of Child for a Day on CD, quality isn't brilliant but I could let you have a copy of it if you're interested. The CD was made from the radio recording of the show.
I personally thought David Essex's voice seemed really weak alongside Cat's, but I still enjoyed it, especially as I was at the concert ;D

The live version is simply wonderful. I still tear up whenever I watch it.

CHEERS Cristalina!!! ;D Thank you, Thank you! Thank you! The CD is great, I can't get enough of it. I converted the CDA files into mp3 files and then I ripped them onto my Ipod. Awesome live performances. WOW! And it's one hell of a coincidence that you once lived around 30 seconds away from my house in Birmingham (literally!) |
