This was in What's On TV guide this week!   I especially like the part that says - Now Yusuf's releasing his first new album for 30 years, and he recorded an acoustic set of his new songs as well as old hits for Imagine. "I've heard most of his new album, it doesn't half sound like Cat Stevens!"I can't wait to see it! Enjoy SuzieQ PS how do you make pictures fit better? |

Susieq you would have to downsize your pictures in your photo program.

I love that picture of Yusuf in front of the tree. He looks so youthful and handsome there. Over in Hyde Park, not too far from my job, there is a tiny little "poster" shop that carries all sorts of old black & white, sepia and color pictures of movie stars and singers. You more or less have to root around to find what you want in a bin but it is well worth it because I picked up a great poster of Cat that I saw advertised on ebay for $35.00 U.S. I paid $1.75. I didn't have that much luck in Manhattan when I tried there. Only goes to show, you never know where you'll find a bargain.

Two persons will tape it for me they promiced and one will make a DVD.Hopely nothing gets wrong with the video's and the Dvd.You now if you won't something badly it go's wrong.But i look for myself that's sure.Have a nice evening all off you Regine

Wow really superb the program on BBC.How he played some old songs sitting on his sofa very relax.You can see he had the sense to play.(maybe someone can express it better in englisch than me)I was looking up that Bob Geldof was speaking about Yusuf but more about the music Cat was making and the influence it had on the people these days .Dolly Parton was more talking about Yusuf and what a fine person he is.She was saying something special to describe his goodness and the fact he has nothing to do with any terrorism so fine how she say it.Yusuf was also talking about the fact that the Islam is mis used for political reasons and that he stay away far from that .I can only do something about it with my songs and music to reach people an d they show two new songs : Maybe there 's another world and one day at a time i think while they where busy in the studio.Many people of the moslimcommunity where speaking what a special person he is.About the fact he is allowed to enter the USA Ii could not good understand i will look again ,i think he was saying something about it.Just looking it is on the videorecorder and the person who say he would tape it on dvd phoned he was missing a little part of it in the beginning .If i can help someone with a copy just tell me .Regine

The programme was tremendous to see him so relaxed and playing the guitar - wow !!!
His voice just gets better and better. Cant wait for the CD to be released - its my birthday in November what a present that will be :-)

I enjoy watching this progamme , it made me think alot about things that he must had went though and how hard it must to turn his back on his on faith and to pick up another one.. I mean it couldn`t be easy and I mean alot of people must had hated him, even my best friend says to me that the day he turn to muslim the day he die as Cat Stevens and its Saddens me to hear me friend say this to me and I`m 20 years younger than he is....

Hello Jan we must all together stand up for him and show others that he still is the same person as all this years ago and being a muslim makes him compleet.If they all open there eyes and follow him close enough they should see.Maybe when your friend take the opportunity to listen to his new cd he will see that he is wrong about Yusuf.But i must say that a lot off people have prejudice.If they should taking the chance to look further than beyond there nose than there would be more peace and happyness .So Jan never give up.All together we are strong Regine

I just looked again to the video and i must really laugh with his brother David when he says they asked Yusuf to be representive for almost 60 different Islamisch organisations.He says there he go again.He nows his brother well he always go for it completely Regine
