I've had quite a few capos for my guitar. But I got to say that the G7th capo is by far the best, easiest, and quickest-to-use. If anyone is looking for a good capo, and not afraid to pay a tad more to get one, get the G7th performance capo. www.g7th.com/

Jacky, Will this work on a classical with a 2 5/16" (58cm) wide neck or will I have to buy the 12 string capo?

For a classical guitar you need to buy the G7th Classical Performance Capo as your fretboard is even, and with a wide neck.

Sorry, I didn't scroll down to see it on the site. Thanks.

I got one today at a music store. Just for my ovation. I can't stop playing with it. It's so cool! It doesn't click or anything, so you can adjust it for any range. Very nice!!

Can't get enough of the G7th, either. Wonder why I hadn't one before but bothered with a complicated one taking ages to adjust, and set up.

I just noticed Yusuf with the G7TH capo on his Cafe session DVD. He used it while playing in the end. Actually by seeing this he taught me how to install correctly. Thanks Yusuf!! He installs it with the opening pointed up rather than down like I always used it. what do you know ? It's the G7th though for sure. I saw the shape of it and part of the G was showing.

Yes, this could be. I think one guy (who assisted Cat at recording 'Indian Ocean') posted a huge pic on his site with Cat playing with the G7th while recording that song.

I noticed that sometimes it's better to use it upside-down, especially at the higher frets as the bass strings don't need so much pressure from the capo, but the higher ones.
