New "Sitting" tab NOW WITH AUDIO!

Hey guys, let me introduce myself. My name Is Andrew Bjorgum I am 18 years old and I live In Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA
I am a brand new member of Majicat, but a long time fan of Cat Stevens.

Anyway, one of my favorite cat songs was always Sitting. I've never been able to find any kind of tab for this song besides some basic strumming, so I came up with my own more detailed version of the song, that, in my opinion sounds good for a single guitar.

This is my first guitar tab so don't be surprized if you find mistakes.

Not sure why some posts are posted twice, Sun, it seems to happen a lot on this site!

But you can always delete one of your own posts, if you notice this has happened.

It can be annoying if you only have a few moments and want to see the last ten posts when they are taken up by duplicate posts.

Oh, but in the thread itself, there's only one post, even though there are two posts in the "10 most recent posts."

So, when I delete one post, I delete both, and end up with none.

Now I'll have to repost my "welcome," and it'll simply have to show up twice in the "10 most recent posts."

Sorry Sun, that you had to repost, I wonder what gremlins are at work that duplicate posts show up in the 10 most recent posts ? Maybe it would help if there were maybe 20 most recent posts? What do you think Christine?

Hello Andrew,

What did you write your tab out on? For some reason TXT files seem to work the best for guitar tabs. I also tried checking out your code by placing the code tag around it to align it correctly, but it doesn't seem to work.

Try writing it out on word pad, then place the code tag around the tab, it may keep your tab in correct alignment. See if that works any better here on the message board.

Use the tag that looks like the numbers symbol #. I hope this can be of use to you.

Thanks for the audio Andrew, I really like the guitar part. Sorry I haven't responded earlier but I injured a disc in my back on Dec. 30th and haven't been on line much or played guitar much either. Always really appreciate getting a free guitar lesson. Thanks again.
