Not sure if everyone was aware of this.... www.streetcorner.com.au/news/showPost.cfm?bid=9398Peace Train – The Cat Stevens Story - an exciting new show starring multi-award winning Darren Coggan, based on the life of the world renown singer-songwriter Cat Stevens – is coming to Parramatta’s Riverside Theatres. The show takes audiences on the same journey of enlightenment and discovery travelled by Cat himself, allowing an insight into the inner workings of one of the greatest singer-songwriters of all time. Peace Train – The Cat Stevens Story features all of the songs that audiences around the world have sung along with, including Father & Son, Lady D'arbanville, Morning Has Broken, The Old School Yard, On The Road To Find Out, Wild World, Where Do The Children Play, Moonshadow, Matthew & Son, Hard Headed Woman, Sad Lisa, Longer Boats and many more. Star Darren Coggan is a veteran of the stage having performed throughout Australia starring in Shout, Grease - The Arena Spectacular, Happy Days the Arena Mega Musical and most recently the lead role in John Williamson's Quambatook. "After meeting Cat Stevens in London, I knew when I got back to Australia that I just had to share my experience and what I had learnt;" he said. "Cat's timeless songs and his message of peace, tolerance and understanding are just as important in our world today as when they were first written, perhaps even more so". " Audiences can see Peace Train – The Cat Stevens Story at Parramatta Riverside Theatre on March 12, 13 and 14.

I'm definitely going to this one. I wanted to go when it was at Wollongong but sadly I had to be further down the coast when it was on, so I'll make sure I see it at Parramatta.

Thankyou for the good news Casiopiano!!! What I wouldn't give to be back in Australia, but it's exciting knowing there is still a huge audience still back home for CS. I hope you do not miss this one Paulo. I hope anyone who will expirience "The story of CS" downunder, will share it with us on Majicat.

If anyone from Majicat is going, let me know what performance you're seeing because we could all meet up at the show or something?

Saw Darren Coggan here in Melbourne ina show called Moonshadows..from what I've read, sounds like the same show with a different name...maybe something to do with Yusuf's own show by that name...I know Darren Coggan met Yusuf... was a really good show
