I thought I would start a thread where we can keep track of who will be meeting up on Tuesday before the show. We haven't decided on a location yet.
I will be there and so will Gabi (right?)

Sue what do you think .there is one thing that i would love to bring some of my things to the hotel because it's so complicated to rush around with it the whole day and it's nice to fresh a bit up to Regii i'm on my way from 5.30 in the morning.

Regii, We can't check into our hotel until 3pm  Maybe we could go to the Shaftesury, then back to KX to the hotel, then on to the RAH. It wouldn't leave us long at the Restaurant though  Maybe we could find somewhere near to Kings Cross? There will be Sonia, Regii, Bill and Me. I'm not sure what time Joanne, gets in yet? Helen, Marie, Michele, are you working in the day? Eduardo, what time do you get to London? Anymore coming, that want to meet up? |

Sue - what time do you, Bill and Regii get in? Just trying to figure out how much time we will have at wherever we end up before you go to check in and freshen up.
I didn't know Joann was coming, so that's great news! Do we know what time she gets in or where she is staying?

When will you start your "stalking tour" to North London, Regii and Sue?

I'm not sure the Shaftesbury will work for Sue, Bill and Regii - they will have their luggage with them and probably don't want to cart it around too much, not to mention just travel time to get there for them. Maybe we can have dinner there Monday night?
Here is what I am thinking: find a place in Kings Cross / near St. Pancras for lunch. When Sue, etc go to their hotel, the rest of us can make our way to someplace closer to RAH. Sue, Regii, etc can meet us there before the show. What do you think?
I don't know anything near Kings Cross - maybe Helen can help us with that? I can probably come up with a suggestion near RAH - I'll work on that this weekend.
No tickets fo me yet; maybe that little surprise will be in my mailbox today?

I have never been there but it sounds OK. and its 5 minuets from Kings cross station.

Oke so she will all learn to know you then .I will arrive very early in Pancras because i have my train at 8.10 in the morning and because of the houre difference i'm already 9.30 in London .Sonia will be in London around 11.00 and Sue around 1.00.
So we need to arrange what we will do to meet eachother.
I need to shop then says Sue but i need my money to buy some T'SHIRTS LOL THE T'SHIRTS.

I bet they will let you - I have always been able to do so if I have asked in advance. Then we can head over to somewhere near RAH earlier. I found this place not far from RAH - looks casual enough and it is a straight shot to RAH. What do think - gather here before the show? My ticket came in the mail yesterday and this time there is no mention of Cat Stevens on it as there was for Shepherd's Bush. I am actually glad to see that as he has not been Cat Stevens in a very long time. Perhaps more people in Dublin should have remembered that...
The restaurant above said that they take reservations with a deposit only - £10 per person. I wrote back to ask if they serve food in their bar area. I'll let you know, but I think I need to look for a different place when I get home.

Ok, I heard from the restaurant (Chicago Rib Shack - love the name!) and they do serve more casual food in their bar area AND she said she could reserve a spot for us in the bar area. So:
1. Do we want to migrate to the Rib Shack after Harrison Bar in Kings Cross OR
2. Do we just want to stay at the Harrison Bar?
I am thinking it might be a good idea to move to the Rib Shack for those who are not able to meet up with us earlier in the day.
I am going to have the restaurant reserve a spot for us - I can always cancel it if I need to.

I heard from Christiane this morning - she is scheduled to get into St. Pancras at 10:30 on the 8th, so she and her friend will be joining us as well that day.
