For those of you with access to Dimeadozen, there is a quite decent audience recording of the show, minus the first two songs. It includes the "Moonshadow" musical preview in its entirety. And well, WOW! I can't believe some of the people booed this. It is enchanting to listen to, can only imagine what it was like visually. I just love the fact that "But I might Die Tonight" is part of the musical. Beautifully done. A tip of the hat to the entire cast!
You need to be register at Dimeadozen to download this. Maybe someone here can make this available to all on the board as I don't have much time to devote to this right now, but maybe later I will. In any case, the link is:

Note from the taper:
"I was at Cat Stevens in the Dublin 02 last night. I managed to tape it bar the first two acoustic songs.Cat played a set of about 45 mins then introduced us to about 40 mins of his new musical "moonshadow". After about 30 mins the crowd grew restless and started to boo and whistle!. Cat came back out and played another 45min set. He also said sorry for overdoing the musical interlude.
I thought he was fantastic myself. There a couple of very small breaks in sound;less than a second I would say. Its a decent recording apart from some sound dropouts. I have to say the jeers and boo's toward the end of the Moonshadow Musical was shocking. Makes me almost ashamed to be Irish. Disgraceful behavior. And Cat himself was visibley shaken by it when he returned for his second set. I thought it was a fantastic performence overall, the band were superb and Cat's voice was awesome. It was a dream come through for me to see him live but I was mortified by those Yob's who were supposedly fans.

For those who can, enjoy! I hope this hasn't been posted before, there is so much activity on these boards right now, it's hard to keep up.
