hi everyone, I just received my ticket which I bought through seatwave, but it has only one part, no slip to be cut at the door at all. Is this normal? I've never seen a ticket like that and I'm quite worried!
the ticket has the royal albert hall logo at the top right, and the rest is all white (except the info written of course) and it has a green code bar like thing in the bottom left, some security feature I guess. I describe it because I don't know if they are all the same
hope you can tell me that's supposed to be like that!!!
thanks in advance

Mine does have a tear off stub and are white graduating to yellow with a ticketmaster silver hologram. At Birmingham, the ticket was scanned, there was a stub that could of been ripped off, but it was left in tact.

Hi digi,
I think it is becoming more and more common all over, not just the UK. The last time I was at Royal Albert Hall, the ticket was kept intact - no stub was ripped off. I have experienced the same thing here in the US as well.

hey Jane
is it becoming common also to have tickets issued without the stub? because that's what worries me, there's no stub at all to be ripped off

Maybe you should contact Royal Albert Hall and ask about that - get the answer you need right from the source so you can be put at ease. I'm sure they will be able to give you an exact answer.

mmm looking at the Royal Albert Hall site, I'm not sure if they will give me an answer... they say "Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded.
Tickets cannot be offered for sale from within the Royal Albert Hall except from the Box Office by our ticketing team. ...
Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry." anyone around here has a ticket from the hall, to tell me if it's like that?

What you found on the site has nothing to do with what a ticket will look like. That is what you should call about. I'm sure they will put your mind at ease.

I just saw the light!
they did put my mind at ease, their tickets don't have stubs or holographic stickers on them, and from what it says on it, they said it sounds to be genuine. Of course they couldn't confirm it, but what worried me was the lack of a sticker and a stub, and that's sorted out
thanks!
