Was I the only one who thinks he saw Peter Gabriel walk out the Stage Door while we were waiting for Yusuf after the show? I love Peter and I know what he looks like and I'm fairly certain it was him. Can anyone back me up on this?
Thanks
Bob

Thanks Bob Hi Bob, Well, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Peter Gabriel, as he and Yusuf go back a long way... all the way back to Peter contributing some flute, if I'm recalling correctly, on "Mona Bone Jakon". I would bet that you were a real "eagle-eye" on this one! -Bud

Bud
In addition to that connection, I was given a free cd of Yoriyos when I purchased souvenirs at RAH. In the back of the cd booklet Yoriyos thanks folks and in the "Without whom" section he lists "Peter Gabriel & Real World"
After he walked by I said to some of the people around me that it was Peter, btu no one seemed to pay attention.
Pretty cool, it it was. I guess I will never know for sure!

Maybe he visited the concert. Peter and Yusuf, they know each other from former times. Here they both are on the picture, Peter, his son Isaac and Yusuf I love Peter Gabriel, too. In March he will come to Berlin for one concert, he will make a concert in London, too. Don't know, whether in RAH or in O2 Arena.

Apart from Peter Gabriel, there must have been many other artists and celebrities who attened the concert at the RAH. They must have been safely, conviniently, out of sight. I wonder if Sir Paul, or Sir Elton were there, or do they not reside in the UK any more.

On "rediscovering" Cat Stevens in August, I came to know that he was the one who played that divine flute passage on Katmandu. There's a special place in my memories for that song and since knowing this I have an extra soft spot for Peter. I was also delighted to read about his involvement with World Music and his interactions with a Nepalese musician. Here's to the friendship of Yusuf and Peter - thanks both of you for a song that holds a unique and lasting place in my heart. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IHI7NheZtAEnjoy all of you!

And I just heard Genesis is gonna be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! Peter must be on cloud 9! My love of Peter goes way back. Early Genesis and early solo Peter Gabriel albums, before he hit the Big Time Butterfly, GREAT shot of the two of them, now I'm convinced he was there!

Maybe we gotta ask Yorios and Majid, which celebs attended the RAH-Show? Can't imagine that no one would have recognized Peter Gabriel, when he was coming out of the stage door...

G-One, do some detective work. If it wasn't Peter it was a clone.

If it was Peter and I'm right, do I win a prize or something?
