Hello,
i'm from germany and therefor my english is not so good. i want to ask, if we can open a new chapter with attack sample. it should how we hit with the right hand the guitar, i mean the sample, because i have a book with all cat stevens songs with an other cup, but i dont no how i hit the sample.

You certain can start a thread concerning attack sample. I am not a guitarist, but hopefully someone can answer your thread that does know.

Hi!
I did covers of most of Cat Stevens songs on youtube. I tried to play them as close as possible to the original, with awe and modesty to the originals and know, there is no way to beat them. Still these covers can maybe help you how to play these songs. I've also done some tutorials (they are not posted "in public"). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Nice to have you here j180everly!!!  I may not be able to play a guitar, or any other musical instrument, but I know a good musician when I hear it. No need to be modest, because you j180everly, are one very talented musician. I closed my eyes while listening to your covers, and I feel they are as near as perfect to the originals as you can get them. You do Cats/Yusufs music great justice. You play with great depth and feeling. Very well done, and keep up the good work!!!!!  |
