Regii - and anyone else who wants it - I downloaded the torrent and have put it out on box.net. Just go here to download. There are 37 tracks, but you can just click "Download folder" and your computer will download all the tracks without having to select each one separately. www.box.net/shared/782nyaqeij

WOW, thanks Jane! Sure to be a good listen and will nearly make up for not being there. And RAH always has the most AMAZING acoustics. (though I've never been)

OK -- Bad Brakes!! Made me pull out and listen to BTE, for the first time in years! What a treat. Never thought I'd hear Yusuf do Bad Brakes. (and he sounds almost exactly the same)

JANE IS IT NORMAL IT4S SO STILL IT IS STANDING SO LOAD I CAN BUT I CAN'T HEAR IT LOAD ENOUGH NEED TO SIT ON MY LAPTOP TO HEAR CLEARY LOL Regii - I don't know how loud it sounds on the computer. I always download music, then transfer it to my iPod (or burn a CD) and then listen to it through my music system. Sue is right, though - if you are having problems hearing it you will be able to hear it better with earphones.

You can download the YouTube videos in HD as MP4 files then use something like Nero to transcode them into video files for burning to disc.

Also, you can raise (or lower) the volume of files by using free programmes from the web. I use something called WavePad. Just google it.

My husband has UTorrent downloaded on to the computer. I will show this to him tonight - see if he can do anything. He has been able to find a way to download You Tube - Audio/Video and burned DVD's. We've got a bunch burned from RAH. He had to take four different types of formatting to code it down. Burned the full U2 performance from U2 - is his greatest accomplishment.
I was hoping Yusuf would DVD the performance - and we could buy. I have to check with the computer nerd of the house. Thanks for the information..
I don't like to sit at the computer either - I will see what he can do - CD's - then I can take them with me in the car.
Still hoping for a real DVD of the performance. Thanks for the information - thank you for all the responses. In need to some new music...
Marge
PS - I can tell Oysterman is so very young - he knows all this stuff we don't..... LOL

Not so very young, except at heart! My 25 year old son calls me a geek! (he means that as an insult but I feel complimented!)

I can't get these downloads to work, so I think I will need some Mes Amis help! Peace,Vivian They are mp3 files so there shouldn't be a problem. You can either click on the "Download folder" button and they should automatically download (I assume you will have to select a location to save them to when prompted) or you can download each file separately. What exactly are you doing and what is the exact problem you are encountering?

No, I only went to the London concert. I say 'only' but I think that was the highlight, both set wise and for how Yusuf obviously grew in confidence through the brief tour.
I only captured the videos but have tracked the audio recordings from elsewhere so that we all can hear them again.

Not so very young, except at heart! My 25 year old son calls me a geek! (he means that as an insult but I feel complimented!) A geek and nerd are compliments. You know this stuff - so you are a geek - and it is a compliment. And a middle aged geek - not the very young. LOL! ;D I am married to a nerd - but he's cool. I'm going to have him look at your stuff. UTorrent was purely a nightmare for him to download. I've got a friend that is a super geek - and he might know how to do this. Vivian - it's not that easy..... Best to you, Marge

Marge and Vivian - neither of you need any torrent programs for the RAH concert. I already downloaded it from the torrent, converted the files to mp3 and uploaded them onto box.net for whoever wants them. Geez, I do sound like a geek BUT I learned all of this from people right here on Majicat. When you go to the link I provided on the first page of this thread, it will take you to a folder where there are 37 individual song files. On that page, toward the upper right, there is a button that says "Download folder." When you click "Download folder" a small window should open allowing you to choose where you want box.net to save the files on your computer - this is the same window that opens any time you do a "Save As" for any file on your computer. Often these windows default to "My Documents" but you can choose any location you prefer. If you can figure out how to do your little avatar, you can do this - I promise! Now go and make us all proud...

So I'll wait until I return from my trip and he is here - and can follow the instructions. Like I said - I'm still in the LP - I mean CD - stage... LOL Thank you.. ;D

Thank you SO much for making these mp3s available. I'm sure I'll never have the chance to see him in concert, and when I even think about it, I'm sure I'd faint to be in the same building with him! Just to see him and hear those familiar sounds I'd just die of joy. I always used to think I'd faint if I saw a Van Gogh painting in person and I feel the same way about Cat/Yusuf!

Hi, Anyone artistically and computer-wise skilled enough to come up with a vintage sleeve, inlay etc. for this gem? So we can all burn our cd's and put them in the appropriate 2cd-case? In any case: Enjoy!!! Yunus
