Regii - and anyone else who wants it - I downloaded the torrent and have put it out on box.net. Just go here to download. There are 37 tracks, but you can just click "Download folder" and your computer will download all the tracks without having to select each one separately. www.box.net/shared/782nyaqeijI'm moving it out of here now - nerd is due home tonight - I'll have him work this tomorrow. He can get it down - then convert into a CD or DVD... This is "his" thing. I copy it - and then paste it onto an e-mail and send to us - he goes from there. Thanks Jane - for the conversion - he probably could have taken the original - but I am afraid if I keep going to him - he'll charge me! ;D |

I'm able to listen online, but as far as burning it to cd or dvd, I'm too much of a computer DUD to figure it out, LOL

The concert with Yusuf was really like a dream come true, and Mum and I were astonished when we heard him perform all his music of old and new. Sadly, I couldn't talk with him face to face, as we were in the stalls. We loved hearing those old songs, and his voice was as clear as a bell, ever gentle as before when he was young. But, the man we all knew once as Cat Stevens had the persona of our era.

To Jane - I downloaded it myself - with nerd John standing behind me. He is able to convert to a CD - and will work that this PM.
I hate to say this but "nerd John" said "geek Jane" is a geek - if she could convert Torrent or U Torrent files into a folder. It downloaded in six minutes. CD's are coming. Regii - you can't make a DVD - if there is NO Visual. So - best we can do is CD - audio..
Nerd John has a bunch of software for this stuff - some came in from France. He's getting pretty good - except for......LOL! One German thing...BTW - wouldn't play on my mother's DVD... Odd - has to be a match.
If this concert is up someplace and it is visual - he can pull it down and make a DVD out of it - trust me - I am close to divorce over this (not really he doesn't mind) - but I have to know how to find the visual - and he takes it from there.
LOL.... ;-)

It is possible to pull down the entire concert. And make a DVD. We did it here with the U2 concert that was broadcast live - all over the world. It takes a lot of changes of software - you have to keep changing formatting.
I pulled down Jane's audio myself - and it is in the computer - John will then go in and do about four format changes to make a CD from it. (I asked last weekend and he ignored me). As far as the Oysterman - you have listed - yes - it can be done - but since Oysterman is here - I would need permission from him - before I swiped his stuff. John has to download and this requires more format changes to get it into a DVD form.
So that said - Oysterman and Aurasima - permission requested. Then we'll see what we can do. Tell me what you want Regii - John will do it - when he has time - I need to pull this off of here now - and transfer - but would ask permission.
It took John weeks on the U2 to figure out format changing and then getting the final software from France. It is his greatest masterpiece. Also - working on the music helps him unwind from the job stress.
So let me know if it is okay...
Jane - John and you will get along great - ... I actually downloaded it myself and he watched me. He said anyone that can do that conversion from Torrent into an envelope is a "geek" and he's found a friend on Majikat! :-)

Feel free to take any of my videos off YouTube. I appreciate your politeness, but putting them in the public domain is just that.
I shared and made available the videos as I have enjoyed and appreciated what others have done.

However, please tell John that I am confused by something. Since I already converted the files to MP3, they do not have to go through any format changes before a CD is burned. The same should be true of any videos you download, although it might depend on your DVD player. If your DVD player will play MPEG videos, you should be able to download from YouTube and burn away. Geek Jane lol i hope someones sucseed here i know we will maybe get a dvd from Yusuf concerts himself but when we don't now and if he choose it wont be maybe the one we love lol (glasses i now i'm obsessed)and maybe it will take more time till it is brought out to.THANKS OYSTERMAN
