Just got home from the Adelaide concert.
Noxshi were actually pretty good. Kind of Hawkwind meets The Blues Brothers, but the kids are good at what they do.
Based on interviews and documentaries with Yusuf over the past few years I was expecting a fairly staid almost formal rendition of his greatest hits and a few new offerings, but it was cool, relaxed, lots of fun, well staged and he's still got what it takes!

I have just seen the song list for the Adelaide show. OMG What wouldn't I have given to have seen him sing Ruby Love on stage after all these years. He didn't do it at any of the London or Liverpool shows I attended in December. Bet it was great hearing him do that song. One of my all time favourites. Matthew And Son too. Pleased to hear the show was great and that the Australian audiences have loved the shows.

Hi everyone
I was not lucky enough to get a ticket for the Perth concert but according to all the wonderful reviews, it was like watching Cat Stevens again. His voice is still fantastic and has stood the test of time. The cat is back.
Peace Margi

I have just got back from a holiday in Cyprus and are now trying to catch up on Majicat. I also would have loved to see Yusuf sing Ruby live on stage. Vivian, I am pretty sure that Yusuf has never sang Ruby live at any concert. If I am wrong then Yusuf, your welcome to tell me.

Rubylove was always a favorite of mine as well. You'd think he would be playing that tune at every show (hint, hint)
