Even though these belong in the 'Those Great Concerts' thread, that thread is getting over-run with the Yusuf Concerts - which used to go in the 'Yusuf Islam' thread (at least that's my understanding of the little print underneath each of those headings).
This isn't a complaint, I just see that Cat related posts quickly disappear with the next Yusuf post in the Great Concerts thread. As can be said for Vicki's 1972 concert which was all too briefly resurrected with the link I posted there.
So, these links below will have there home in the only Cat Stevens spot left here on 'majicat', the thread called 'Cat Stevens'.

This first one is another audio of the Moon & Star Concert, only this is the complete set with Dr John singing Popstar and Linda Ronstadt singing Fill My Eyes and The First Cut Is The Deepest.
While the audio myself and others have posted in the past is better quality, this version flows from song to song very smoothly and there are subtle differences e.g. Foreigner Suite actually has an 'Intro' which, 'til now I'd not been aware was even missing! So, it's nice to have a complete version for these things alone.
Editing can be done to take the best from both worlds (which I so wish I was well enough to do), but enough chitter chatter, here's Cat:

The 2nd one you'll need to download from megaupload, I would explain the 'how to download' from there here, but I'm just about out of my 'health allowance' for the day. Sorry to those who may have needed some help.
Anyway, this one has gone around before, but this one is slightly better quality.
The easiest way to download is to download and unzip the zip file version, because for free users, you only have to wait for one download.
However, I put up a folder of the set as individual songs as well.

Thanks a ton, Jon! I will download both of these tomorrow at home (always cautious about downloading stuff on my work laptop. Maybe someday I can even try my hand at editing "the best of worlds" together. I've used Wavepad a couple of times to cut out pieces of audio, but not sure how I would do with multiple tracks - or pieces of tracks. Maybe I am geek enough to do it

I know it's been months since you posted this, but I've been absent for so long and just found it. Thank you for putting those songs up for unfortunates like me to listen to! (Unfortunate because I've never seen him live!) The intro you mentioned at the beginning of Foreigner Suite is the beginning of a song called "Later" and I can't imagine why he stuck it on the front of Foreigner Suite unless he was trying to tease the audience for a moment!
