Made me laugh, " rustle up his hair, look a little crazed, London Philhamonic", ;D well we have a lot to be grateful for to Mr Blackwell. It shows what an incredible person Mr Blackwell is, a man with a very high emotional IQ, who relies on his instincts, who knows how to bring out the best in people, through his sincere trust and belief in them. That's what it's all about in the long run. These artists were very fortunate that Mr Blackwell crossed their path, and so are we.
