Maybe, Regii, could suggest a good place near to Vorst Nationaal to have a drink/food before the concert?

Hi Sue, Unfortunately, and as I stated recently on Facebook (so consider this to be a 'warmed over-left over'), the closest I will come to enjoying anything Brussels is when I consume those tasty, green 'sprouts' for dinner.  (I can hear the groans of fellow-Majicatters, now... Not because I will be unable to attend, but because that weak attempt at humor was so patently bad) ;D Anyway, please pardon the (corny) interruption... Back to more important matters... Back to that list of actual Brussels attendees!  -Bud |

Its a groan because you're not coming Bud !!!!! The Berlin "Famous Five" or I think I'll re-name - the "Fab Five" will be the Brussels Trio as sadly we'll be without Marie and Jane unless ....................Jane are you listening !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I'm listening, and I keep thinking "well, I can probably still work on June 1, catch a late flight to Brussels, be there in time for a get-together and the concert and be back to work on Monday." This, of course, only makes it sadder that it won't happen, but I will be there in spirit, hoping you find a young man in a lovely red corset! |

I searching for a name of a cafe or restaurant near by but can't find no names but just around the corner is a whole street of such places maybe we can speak of a hour just near forest national Sue Meg and i have Phone numbers from eachother and i have one from Kaatje now we need Marky's and Peters.Otherwise we take the first one near forest

Oke can't find no name for a cafe or restaurant but i know that just around the corner is a whole bunch of nice places to speak of Sue and me and probely Meg will be there already in the afternoon so we can find out a place nearby Forest ;i can phone Kaatje my Belgian FRIEND AND HER HUSBAND and Sue or Meg can phone to Doreen probely and Meg to Marielou .Maybe Peter and Martina can leave us there phonenumber here or in a pm.
And all those who are cxoming here and to Brussels ofcause how more souls how more joy

Usaually closing concerts of a tour is like the 'cream of the crop', so I hope for all you going to this concert, be sure to hold tight to your seats, cause it's going to be like a high moon rising!!!!!! MAJIC!!!!!!! ;D

Brussels show – emergency appeal
Dear Majicatters,
I’m so sorry to trouble you with this, but I know of no other place to go.
Yesterday I heard that my fellow concert go-er and long-time Cat fan had to cancel ‘Brussels’ because of family circumstances.
I now have one ticket available that should not remain unused: centre-stage row 7 (Section A, seat 91 or 92). Believe me, I tried to persuade just about everyone inside and outside my ‘network’ to go to this concert. All excuses given were actually quite viable, but it does mean that I still am looking for someone to transfer the ticket to.
If you know of anyone – please contact me or leave a reply here.
‘Me’ is a marketing professor (54) in Antwerp. Lovely wife and 4 children, but all with completely different musical tastes (opposites DO attract) and already-filled schedules - so that is getting me nowhere now.
Anyone interested: I will provide transport to the venue and back, provided in the Flanders / Antwerp / Kempen / Brussels area.
If all else fails, I am even willing to (well, reluctantly) also give up my own ticket in order to accommodate a company-of-two.
All reasonable offers or swap proposals considered, in either case.
Once again, my apologies for what some could consider improper usage of this forum.
Thank you for your understanding.
PS – I admit that I became a member for this particular issue, but now that I have been browsing around the site, I wonder why I never visited it before. Very nice indeed.

I wish that I would have known earlier altho' Vienna was a nice closing for me with his grandchildren coming out and the sweetness of the show !!! xooxoxxo
