I recently purchased an unusual "T and the F" album. The cover is light green (as those in the UK), but the vinyl is BLUE! It looks black in regular light, but when you hold it in front of a lamp (for instance), it is very obviously blue!! Both jacket and lp are in wonderful (almost mint) condition....which leads me to questions. It has all the traditional marks of a 1971 lp....dated Island lables, #ILPS 9154 (even in the dead wax), correct writing on spine, printed by Howard's (Slough, London) and Freshwater Music. I can't find any info on it or another one like it, though, admittedly, I'm not that great of a "searcher". Has anyone else ever seen this particular version of Teaser?? I'm wondering if I stumbled onto something rare or some "reissued" piece of junk. It looks authentic, and regardless of the outcome, I think it's pretty neat! Can anybody help a "brother" out?? Thanks!!
