I think it was at the very beginning of his career, and was short lived. He later said he dropped the name because it reminded him of a "muscle man movie star" named Steve Reeves. He was part of a group for a while, but the guys realized who the true talent was, so Steve went out on his own.
You know, he was doing demos when he was 17!! My gosh, he's had such an interesting and varied life!! Most people could only hope to attain ONE of his many accomplishments. ;D

:)Persistent or sporadic nail biters show some kind of vulnarability... feel like giving them a hug...or squeezing their shoulder.........uninvited....
imagine the abnegation and self=control!!!(and another annoying reason for having a soft spot..).

He has admitted to being a nail biter in the past...don't think he does anymore. (probably went away some when he quit smoking) Hmmm...sounds like he may have had some uh, oral issues. :-)

...mmmmm so i guess yes....the learning possibilities are heaving in multitude.....I console myself with this thought... “Pressure can burst a pipe or pressure can make a diamond.” .......so I'm somewhere at about the sapling stage of a diamond...only zillions of carbon years to go!!!!!! ;D
