Has anyone seen this show? Mike caught it and called me in. They were interviewing Carly Simon who was with an italian guitar maker. Well anyway, I didn't catch all of it, but she mentioned Cat, and that he was now at peace with his life. Does anyone know anything about this.
Peace,Vivian

Carly had a traumatic affair with cat sometime in the early or mid 70's..hence her naked ( almost ) album over..a sort of slap in the face of Yusuf's new found prudery. A sort of sour grapes reply to a new found direction and rejection./ T

(What happens between the sheets should stay there. Period.)

What I keep saying to my young son is this: Nothing that a human being does is more sacred than the physical act that can bring a new soul into the world. You have probably surmised from my sense of humor that I am not a prude. Ol' J.S. Bach had a seriously bawdy sense of humor, produced twenty children, and was deeply spiritual. Why do you think the Yusuf of the 80s was a prude?
