Barney - good to see you on here again! I cannot believe that has been one year ago. If I have my time correct, one year ago from this moment many of us were at the Harrison Bar enjoying some lunch together, and I asked if they would play the "Roadsinger" CD I had with me - and they did. and Gabi, we were up very late that night, weren't we? Can't wait to see you all again.

Hope we'll see memorabilia like yours, Barney! Tried to provoke it some weeks ago by stating in another threat I'm the only one who got the words "Thinking Bout You" on Dec 8th 2009 Guess what I'm wearing today here at work - the black "Guess I'll Take My Time" Tour-Shirt We were up very late that two nights!! Hope we can repeat it soon!

Well, it seems like yesterday when we saw Yusuf at the RAH, performing his Guess I'll Take My Time concert, and my Mum and I really enjoyed the event. His voice was pure, smooth calm and uplifting. Every song he sang were the ones we all knew in the early seventies, especially my favourites such as Where Do The Children Play, Wild World, Miles From Nowhere. Other songs were timeless, like Maybe There's A World, Midday, and The Roadsinger, which says it all, about a man walking into the town, wearing a long cape and hat. I think that every song he wrote had a meaningful story about peace and understanding.

Lucky! And how cool to see his handwriting. I like the way he makes the Y in his name kind of like a J instead - wonder if that's intentional? Like he sat and thought, well, it means Joseph, and Y's and J's are practically the same letter anyway . . . so I'll just sort of shorten this line here . . .
