Hope this helps. The coffee shop is in between tube stations. Liverpool street and Aldgate east station
You can go either way. From Kings cross underground station. Take the circle line or the metropolian line to Liverpool street station. Or from Kings cross take the hammersmith & city line to Aldgate East. Those journeys should take about 10 minuets.
From the coffee shop Go back to Liverpool street station. Take the Hammersmith & city line to Goldhawk Road station. Where the concert is. this should take about 30 minuets.

Let me see if I can manage this. Thursday 28th of May, take a flight from Athens, arrive in London, take the train to the Market Coffee House, meet the Majicat family, chat while having a cup of earlgrey tea with mouthwatering scones and cream, then hop on the tube, go straight to Sheperds Bush Green, wait in line, with my tickets in my hand, shown to my seat, then finally YI comes on stage, singing a number from his new album Roadsinger, one song after another, encores, photos, autographs, hugs, farewells. Oh what a night to remember!!! ;D Well I can dream can't I? ;D Really love you all.

So, I just have to share a story about all of this. I have been off the board for a few weeks as I was very busy chasing down another dream opportunity. I am a huge fan of and have a huge crush on Seth MacFarlane, the creator of the show “Family Guy.” He was speaking at Cal State two weeks ago, and I flew out to LA to see him. And since I was going all that way, some friends worked with me on a plan to have some sort of interaction with him, and this plan took up all of my free time (which is why I was absent from Majicat.) In this economy it was crazy for me to spend all that $$, but I explained to my friends that I have been living for the past 30+ years with the fact that I never got to see Cat Stevens perform live, and I could not leave this opportunity to see “my Seth” on the table. My friend who lives in LA came with me, and she is also a fan of CS/YI, through her uncle who played his albums for her. On our way home after the show we spoke of what drove me to do this, and hoped that someday we would be able to see Yusuf live. And less than two weeks later, we had tickets to do just that! Unbelievable! I must be dreaming.
Oh yeah, with my friend’s help, I had my photo taken with Seth on stage in front of 1100 people!
I wonder how the trip to London will turn out???

I look forward to a totally beautiful evening with Cat / Yusuf, had it never been seen live. I am also the first time in London / England and I'm very anxious.
Best wishes to all Cat / Yusuf fans from Bavaria

Jane, read your little story. I think this proves, dreams come true sooner or later, when you put all your heart and mind to it. I hope all your dreams will be fulfilled.!!! Now Jane, just imagine someone taking a photo of you and YI. Dream, really want it, and it will happen. I will put all my positive thinking and energy to make it happen for all of you. ;D I can't complain, as I was very fortunate to have experienced a Cat Stevens concert. I am sure you will leave London with many beautiful memories.

The concert is only an hour? Did I understand that right? Not that it wont be awesome just seeing him live, but isnt that a bit on the short side of things for concerts nowadays? Or am I totally reading this wrong?

I like the idea of a big Majicat group photo with him. How great would that be? And if anyone is any good a Photoshop (I'm kind of good), we could add in anyone who sends a photo! See, all things are possible...

Thanks so much, Jane! I don't think I would've found that link otherwise. I'm not a very intrepid ebayer so wish me luck indeed! (want to go to London anyway.... show or not.... and it would definitely be worth meeting you all, regardless.... )
