A few weeks ago Chris asked everyone to let us how they use the boards. Unfortunately, no one has responded.
How people use and navigate through the boards may influence the design of the forum, so your input is important to us. Please take a moment to let us know how you use the forum. When you log into the forum, what do you do? Do you look at Last25 posts, do you search through all the boards to see what is new, or do you just look at the home page to see if there are any new posts? Or do you do something else?
Please let us know - you may be doing something we hadn't thought of.

I usually look at the last 25 posts and then see what catches my attention and read those posts in detail.
I do have the home page bookmarked, and so that comes up first, but unless there's a particular thread in which I'm interested, I scroll on down to the last 25 posts button.
Hope this helps. I'm sure there are lots of ways of doing it - I'd be interested to know how other people use the board too.
Thanks to all the "new team" for all your hard work.
Jo

I have no set way of doing things. Sometimes I search and see if anything is new, and other times I just jump in and start reading blindly.
Peace,Vivian

Most of the times I take a look at the home page, if there are any new activities. Sometimes I just check the recent 25 posts.
PS: Happy New Year to the Majicat family!!

I look at new posts. Then if I have posted somewhere, I'll look to see if there are replies.

since the forum is changing I wont know how I will use it.. I know I will but when I used it before it encompassed a full circle that came to points of Being, and the point was the respect of the Cat! every time I got on it I let if show me where to go ... and traveled the many threads .. to get there ... and with many new awesome discoveries ..

Hi Jane, The very first place I look upon logging on to Majicat is "The 25 Most Recent Posts", followed by identifying the new topics. One thing that I always intend to do, but often times get angry at my decrepit memory for failing to recall, is to glance at the last, most recent posts I have written in order to reply to those 'Catters who have been thoughtful enough to respond to same. It is splendid of you and Chris to poll our navigational habits and to take our thoughts and views into account. Thank you! -Bud
