Every time I walk into our local Sears they are playing Christmas music, and they play this one song... I know it is Cat/Yusuf's voice but I have never heard the song and to the best of my knowledge he does not have any Christmas/Holiday music?

Well, I think the song you're referring to, is on our homepage here at Majikat, it is in the Live Audios page. You'll find many audio and video clips of all his old music there, songs he recorded in the 70s that were an inspiration. This song is entitled "Wish Upon A Christmas Star" from 2001, so if you go to the page where it says "Live Audios" just give it a try. The song featured Yusuf and many other musicians, without guitars, but drums and piano on it. If you find it, just let me know

Maybe your heard "Christmas" by Blues Traveller. I heard this for the first time in a store the other day and thought the voice the melody and rhthym. sounded quite bit like Cat. I searched for it on-line and found out it was actually recorded 1997, I believe. I've since downloaded it on i-tunes. Great song. Whoa! this guy sounds a lot like our Cat- definitely not the same but man that's the closest anyone has ever come that I've heard!
I mean Cat has such a unique voice that I thought no one would ever come close to being able to imitate.
