Morning has Broken single/release date

Does anyone know the exact date when Morning has Broken was released in the US?
I need to know and would appreciate any help as well as the source so I could find it as well, preferably via the internet.

This site lists a US 7" (I guess that's a 45) copy of "Morning Has Broken" backed with "I Want to Live in a Wigwam", but unfortunatley, doesn't give a release date:

Apparently, "Morning Has Broken" was the B-side of "Wild World" on a CD released in 1996. This is also listed under "Singles" in Rolling Stone's Cat Steven's Discography: www.rollingstone.com/artists/catstevens/discography

You can buy the single as a CD (released March 5, 1996) for $99.98 - WOW! EXPENSIVE!:

This is interesting CAT STEVENS Rare promo 45 "Morning Has Broken" on A&M1972 on eBay but it looks like a UK release.

It was released later in the US than UK. That eBay item is the US release from UK seller and the promo release dates it at 20th March which looks about right as it charted in April that year. Good luck in obtaining an original copy Suzydawg. Great track and a wonderful B-side.
