I rather enjoyed it because she was having such a fun time singing it .. a bit Minnie Riperton-ish on the highnotes

That must have made her feel pretty cruddy, not that I disagree mind you I read somewhere (of course, assuming the source is accurate) that he recorded it with Elkie Brooks because he and Linda Lewis could not come to an agreement on her "interpretation" of the music. |

Awww - I never really watched this video too closely before. I hadn't realized the two little lovers in the video were Steve and Linda. I knew it was about her... and someone else mentioned on the board that Steve loves Linda was written on the ground. So endearing. I love seeing him with the children in the end. Very nice!
