Yes, that is EXTREMELY selfish of you, Affy. I must say that I'm very disappointed in you.  Now IF you were Catholic, I would recommend that you say three Hail Marys but since you are NOT, I'm going to send you to bed without any supper.  I hope that you think long and hard about this, and refrain from saying such things in the future!  ;D |

Thanks for them both really tasty looking meals but ever since this morning i have a fever, headache, muscular pain and lack of apatite (am such a baby). But once i am fit enough, i reckon the great British Food will be on my table - sorry Glaucus but when its a choice between Fish an Chips and anything else there really is only one winner ;D Salaam ppl Affy |

Hi ,
First time on website. u folks seem serious about yusuf/cat, so i thought i would join real quick..
i have been waiting forever to see him again.. last time was so long ago i am embarrassed to admit it.
is he really touring this year ? but not in the states? i have college age kids so i am poor, relatively. cant really go to europe to see him but is he playing montreal? i can drive there..

Welcome Tommy I have never seen him live and waiting for him to tour the UK which will god willing be soon. So far no dates/destinations of a new tour have been revealed, so can only wait and see. |

Hi Tommy, and welcome. I mentionned Montreal because we were having a friendly fight about where he should performed next! Logically though, North America (and South America) should be next. I'm of course partial to Montreal. He does have legions of fans here, most of them never attended a Cat concert. Last one was March 10, 1976 - It's long overdue. |

Hello everyone,
New member here. Have enjoyed the music of Cat Stevens since the 70's, and the picture above reminds me that I wanted to say how much I now enjoy the songs by Yusuf on "Roadsinger ". It was so nice to see him on television getting recognition for his God-given talent at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. Very sweet performance; I must have watched it 20 times at least.
I have been going back & buying some of the old Cat Stevens albums lately (found "Izitso" and "Catch Bull at Four" vinyl LPs at a Goodwill store for $1 each, in perfect condition... so happy to find those).
I am now enjoying both the old songs and the new ones.
Anyway, it has been nice reading here at the forum, and I thought I would stop in and say "hello" to you all.
