Hello, coolcat. Thanks for the welcome.
I too have been checking the yusufislam website, anticipating the update. It's a wonderful website and one can tell a lot of work goes into it, so it's worth the wait.
Until then, I check the facebook link or visit here to see what's happening.
And yes, Blessed Ramadan to Yusuf and family.

A photograph I found in an online article circa May 2014 regarding the funeral of Mark Shand, conservationist, and brother to Camilla, Dutchess of Cornwall. According to the article, Yusuf sang an acoustic version of his song "Wild World" at the service.

So many pages of pictures...I hope this one is not a "repeat". If so, my apologies. PS: does anyone know where one can get a poster like that in the background, "The Return of Ziryab"? Ha... in my search for such a poster, I came across this image on the internet. Kinda looks like "Cat":

Enjoyed viewing this Yusuf gallery, t4. Thank you for locating it and sharing. And I very much agree: viewing photo #65 did, indeed, conjure up the idea of it being a college yearbook photo (even accounting for the fact that Yusuf is pictured fully-bearded). He still, somehow, comes across as more 'student' than 'professor'. There definitely is a youthfulness, there. -Bud

Here's a really nice video clip, possibly filmed the same day as "photo #65". Check it out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeJI8Y3SqvEOh, and I did find a smaller version of the "Ziryab" poster I asked about in my previous post. There is a little poster that comes with the dvd for "Yusuf's Cafe Session". I was so happy to see that when I opened up the dvd package. I framed it along with an advertisement for the cd "An Other Cup" that I found in an old "Rolling Stone" magazine that had been stashed away in my house. So I've got this image on top: With the poster from the dvd directly below it, and some red & blue matting behind that brings out the colors of the two images. It came out pretty nice.
