hahahaah pinkyrings??? wow I still have alot of mine from the 70's .. I wore one of mine the other day ...a very precious one of a vitruvian scroll ... love it .. I only know one person who wore a pinky that well, other my father, and that was Cat ! Didnt they have them in UK @sabina? :)Ok cleared that up...thankx peacock and aurarisma  ...so I can now say in my newly discovered vernacular that I have always worn a ' pinky ring'...just a gold band.... I also wear a gold band on my left thumb ..if the little finger is a Pinky..is the thumb a Perky?  lol xxxxxxxxxxxx Did you have that fabulous cartoon Stateside?Bit like the Disney Donald Duck that was emitted when your vinyl was played on wrong speed...Pinky and Perky has great vocals....lol :)To come back on topic..Yes the recent pics and interviews of Yusuf's seem to be.... Joyful.......  (  ) also as we are on a photo thread and I like to stay rigid about this staying on topic stuff  can we have a photo of the vitruvian scroll pinky as I have no idea what that may look like...It sounds interesting and clearly is of great setimental value to you aurarisma..... :-*and as Cat wore them too......suited him,maybe Yusuf should dig them all out and give them an airing,and us a flashback,at the concerts? |

He looks so young and cute in this last picture. I wish he could shave the beard shorter. Is the beard part of his religious observance? Hasn't Yoriyos shaved his off? I thought he did. None of my beeswax but I sure would love to see that beard shorter just as Christina would love to see the hair 1/4 inch longer lol The beard makes him look about 10 years older IMHO

you know what - just bought the 46664 DVD-edition last week and enjoyed this big concert (4.5 hours) at the weekend :-) Including three short interviews of Yusuf that I'd never seen before  |

I think Yusuf might bombard you right back with his Muslimness and just keep that longer beard , but who knows? I like this picture that Marshall posted in Those Great Concerts.  hahahaha he probably would but .. how about the power in his hair!!?!... his greekness would love it !!! no doubt .. If he mentions his curls one more time which IS sooo greeeek I'm going to bring my favorite curling spray to Berlin Munich Paris and Vienna to give him some  ... Us greeks aim to please especially when we feel like family .... which mostly every good spirited greek will treat each other and everyone like family!!! One God .... mmm... to me it looks like sand and candles in it burning at different lengths.. similar to what they do in orthodoxy ... unless fireplaces are different in different parts of the world.. they probably are ... the ones here have a dark wall and such... very beautiful nonetheless xo |

It certainly does look like a resonator, just the paint scheme is different. Sounds nice too from that clip. I could see him using that for his blues version of Peace Train.
