Yeah and Yusuf was wearing his clothes under the white clothes he wear he must had been warm but if you enjoy so much you don't think about that of cause

crobarbie, not a bad mix at all. Thanks for sharing.  Always finding something new to share. Hmmm, who exactly do you work for. ;D The poster of Cat at the 4:30 mark, is the same one, the only one, I had hanging on my bedroom wall when I was a teenager, the one my father always threatened he would tear down, but never did. ;D

:)I wish that Yusuf had worn this in Berlin (tho clearly it suits a warmer climate and is a worn more in Morocco!) and that he had felt the urge to sing Tala’al-badru ‘alayna or God is the light....but I guess yhave to give the crowd what they want to a certain extent..........BUT I look forward to the day the crowd can let him be what he wants,,,,,or does he want one thing in the West and another in the East..hope not........xxxx be true to yourself ....

I think the concerts are going amazingly from the Mawazine Festival to the European Cat Stevens Yusuf .. I think his coming back to the public .. he is playing such an amazing setlist ... I love how he has been changing it up .... brilliant in each city ! but dont change it too much!! its perfect!!!!

aurarisma....you and some of the other intrepid concert travelers must be a great resource for Yusuf......to gauge what the audience feels...to compare concerts!!I know that for me I am more likely to be drawn to the reviews of fellow Majicatters than any magazine or newspaper or critic..you guys know best it seems.........I bow to your expertise...whether I like it or not!!!lol

I think he started off in his regular clothes, then someone offered him this. It's native to Morocco. He put it on over his clothes. Kind of like a president being offered a cowboy hat to wear while in Texas.  .... he is authentic xo I dont believe anyone is telling yusuf what to do .. he is creating this beautiful comeback the way he wants at the moment .. but then we hope he tours for a long time in good health! xox xoxo |

:)Ha Ha .So difficult sometimes for one as vague as me unable to use my hands to help......to make a clear point.......... @hyacynth...no , no politics involved..it seems ages ago that I was concerned about authenticity and duplicity and am ashamed of myself!!THWACK ...ouch!! self inflicted and serves me right too!!lol aurarisma......ditto!! and the Otter description is aimed at the audience .....not at Yusuf.......he of course is the brook from whence we can be refreshed!!..oh my Lord ,am sounding like a Shakespeare play!! |
