I wish I could read Arabic. I see that beautiful script and don't know what it says.
When I first started reading the book, I did think that yes some of us have heard all these stories from Yusuf before, but he is writing for a wider audience too, so we have to remember that if he didn't include some things we happen to already know, the casual reader would be left confused. There are some stories I had not heard before, such as the meaning behind one of the new songs, "Editing Floor Blues". There's always something new to learn. (like Arabic!)

Thanks for the link. However, at approx £20 for 112 pages in hardback, I'll pass on it.
