After scrolling through the listings in the above link, it made me wonder, "Where on earth was I during all this, and why had I never made it to a Cat Stevens concert?" I loved his music after all. Then I found a blog that described the first concert I ever drove to see. I'm not the blogger, but this is definitely the concert I went to... by some other British musician: patriciagay.wordpress.com/2013/07/04/best-fourth-july-4-1976/Yes, a great show by Elton John. Trouble was, I got lost on the drive home, and didn't get back to my parents' house until 5AM. I was "grounded" for years after that. Needless to say by that time, a Cat Stevens concert was nowhere to be found. That's my tale of woe.

I want to know when this handsome artist will visit New York City… the concert here was cancelled due to the exorbitant prices of the resold etickets. I could not travel to Boston or PA, so I missed my favorite artist of all times. I am however, hoping that he re-considers NYC some time soon. God permitting. We love Yusuf and cannot get enough of him. Seeing him in person will be my lifetime dream… <3
