Guys: why "how can i tell you" is only available on the audio-cd and not the dvd, anyone knows??and why are "ruins" and "miles from nowhere" not available on the audio-cd ?

Plus a couple of other songs are missing from the original line-up: "Sitting", "Whistlestar" and "JZero". You can see a bit of Sitting in the Bonus Interview where he gets angry at the cameraman. JZero was the second and last encore. It's really too bad we have no visual for "How Can I Tell You".

Oh, how sad! When i was bying the DVD i was hoping Sitting would be there. I havent seen any videos of Cat performing it. But knowing it was cut out , plus with the "angry" episode...oouugghh:((
Anyway, nice to know it was the cameraman, and not member of his band, that he got angry with. It kind of made me shiver when i saw this - i wouldnt want to be on the place of the percon:)))
