Cat Stevens - "Where do the children play" (WZ90054) CD?????

Hello everyone, this is my first time here on this forum, and i wanted to start by asking about a CD i bought recently at a local thriftstore.
I expected it to be a compilation cd, and although i already have all the songs, i wanted to buy it just for fun.
But, after listening to the CD is immediatly noticed that there is added instrumentation on all or almost all tracks, maybe the vocals sounds different too, i'm not sure about that.
The added instrumentation does not do the songs credit and, i think, it destroys the beauty of the original versions/songs.
I expected to find some info on the mixes etc. but the info on the cd is next to nothing and after trying to Google the CD i found nothing at all, except on CataWiki, and that only has the CD mentioned with a little cover art image and some basic info, and that it has not been offered for sale yet.

So,..... my question is, can anyone tell me more about this CD, and what was done to the songs and who did it, and was it authorised by Cat!
The CD was released in 1993.

I hope you can tell me more.
