I was under the impression that Yusuf had one brother known as David Gordon, as well as a sister, Anita.

I believe that this is his older half brother. I think there is a photo somewhere of young Cat sitting outdoors in Greece with George.

Found it. See June 23,1973 Melody Maker article "Cat Stevens and a Revolution in Greece" here in Majicat. Picture of Cat and George is at the bottom.
