Hm, I wonder how ragged such a 45-year-old T-shirt will look like nowadays...

I guess it depends on how it was stored and how often it was worn. I have a few Bon Jovi t-shirts from 1987 that are in pretty good shape. (Can you tell my musical tastes have traveled all over the place?)

I'd love to see one!
I have such a shirt...it is from his 1976 American Tour (Majikat) and in decent shape for it's age. It is however, of poor quality and was clearly not meant to survive 40 years! Since I collect CS memorabilia, and had never seen another for sale, this was meant to be framed. But due to wall space taken up by posters, show programs, autographs, etc.; the shirt has remained tucked away. I don't believe it was sanctioned by Cat's people...from the "combinations" in the artwork I think it was sold either by the venue or some private group. I remember reading somewhere that Cat was against this type of profiteering at the time. This design is similar to the "Greatest Hits" cover, but says "AMERICAN TOUR 76" underneath. The shirt is a pinky-purple color, with darker purple bands on the sleeves ans collar. The hems are uneven and there's a little hole near the collar. The woman I bought it from said she and her brother both got shirts at the concert (his was yellow) and she wore her's so much she couldn't believe it when she ran across it still in one piece!! Oh well, lucky for me!! Never worn it, but I think it's pretty neat!
