I know, not a song question, but here goes...
Does anyone know the location where the album's cover photo was taken? I recently received an environmental magazine and was staring at the back cover because I could swear I'd seen it before. I went to check out the cover of Cat Steven's "Back to Earth" album and it was a photo of the same geographic location, taken at a different time (different year/decade?) and in reverse direction left to right, compared to the LP.
vs:
I will email the magazine editor to see if this was an archived photo or one taken recently. If it was recent, it's pretty amazing because the place in the photo has not changed much in a long, long time.

Well, I guess I can partially answer my own question.
The photo was taken at a place called Avalanche Gorge in Glacier National Park, Montana.
Now I am curious to know when the picture from the environmental magazine was taken. Beautiful place, great photos.

Thanks, T4T Hey, there, Donna, and Happy 2019 from Tiffany. Well, haven't been at Majicat for a while, but I'm hoping to be here soon. I've had an awful lot on since last year, but won't bore you with everything. We had a terrible year, so that's about all I can say.. Anyway, it's a great joy to hear our Yusuf performing and singing as Cat Stevens. He really was like my favourite pop singer, his music made my life a welcoming dream come true. I bought the album "Back To Earth" way back in 1978, but when I heard that Cat was giving up that God-given talent and career, to become a Muslin, this really ticked me off, especially my family, who were also fans of Cat Stevens. The songs on Back to Earth, featured gems like "JustAnother Night" a song which brought back the time of the breakdown he'd suffered with TB and Daytime a song for the UNICEF and many others songs Peace Tiffany
