I would LOVE to have that guitar! Even if I don't play! Hairy would add it to his collection!! Now, I've seen a guitar on E BAY before that Yusuf autographed!

[glow=red,2,300]INCREDIBLE[/glow]!!! I think that is one of the very guitars I spoke about, in my story posted here on Majicat! One of the guitars presented to Yusuf to sign in the parking lot that night in May 2000 was a DEAD RINGER for THIS guitar on E-bay! I DO remember Yusuf writing something on the guitar of the OTHER young man who presented him his guitar to sign that night. I remember it made that young man give a slight chuckle, but I did NOT get a GOOD LOOK to tell what it was exactly, so did NOT mention it in the story. BOTH guitars were simultaneously presented to Yusuf to sign, but Yusuf did NOT write IDENTICAL messages or signatures on the guitars-that I DO remember. The young man who WAS mentioned in my story TOLD YUSUF what HE wanted written on his guitar(the intro lines of the song "The Wind"), and Yusuf complied. BOTH young men approached us in the parking lot of U.C.L.A. that night, EACH toting acoustic guitars for Yusuf to sign for them. And yes, Yusuf DID briefly pose for them after the signing! Now, if ONLY I could SEE that picture they took, I would know FOR SURE!  Hugs, Shirley P.S. The other guitat I saw on E BAY about a year ago, was signed: PEACE AT LAST, Yusuf Islam! That's really great that Shirley saw BOTH of those being signed-IF INDEED those are the same ones! Now, if only we could stumble accross that BLACK GIBSON, and take it to Yusuf to identify! And I will match the finger prints!!

Oh man, I wish I could bid on that guitar. I want it, but I am sure it will not go cheaply.
And Viv, maybe someday the thief will auction the guitar on Ebay.
