Without a doubt the Tuesday's Dead from the Granada concert is such tease......surely there must be more of the concert SOMEWHERE! (I'm with you on that one Christine!!) Jackie Oh I definitely agree. There has got to me more of that concert, SOMEWHERE! Cat is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, there. Breathtaking! And I am definitely with you. Even with all the things I've been told were left out-I never saw the show as it happened, so I have nothing to compare it to, I am in no way disappointed. We all have a gem of a lifetime to enjoy for generations to come. Peace,Vivian

Has there ever been any live (or studio) footage of CS performing How Can I Tell You? Also, Is the 1975 Best Of Album available as a CD, or is Two Fine People available to download as MP3?
Best.

Has there ever been any live (or studio) footage of CS performing How Can I Tell You? FJS FJS, Cat sang 'How Can I Tell You' live on the 1971 BBC TV concert. So far that is the only live performance of it, I have seen video taped. Here is the discography for the concert. majicat.com/recordings/bbcbootleg.htm

Today I watched the concert again (for the 3rd time!) and found that"Oh Very Young" was my favourite this time........well a girl can change her mind, can't she? Every time I watch, I seem to "see and hear" more than the last time........such an incredible gem!!!!! THANK YOU to Yusuf for presenting us which such a wonderful gift after all these years!!!!! I know what you mean, Jackie, about changing your mind all the time. The same happens to me. I guess you can say that I have three very special moments on the dvd that really move me. The first, being "Moonshadow", simply because it was the song that first introduced me to Cat's music. The second moment is "Oh Very Young". This song really hits home with me today, more than it ever did when it was first written. I now associate it with my young niece, who we lost to a heart problem 10 years ago, at age 4. At work last night, "Oh Very Young", was played on the radio, and I burst into tears, as I was thinking about my niece at the time. I had to rush to the rest room, until it was finished playing, just so I wouldn't be crying in front of customers. The third special moment was "Sad Lisa". This, I consider my signature song, as I could always relate to the character in the song.
Peace,Vivian

Vivian, I was just reading your post about Sad Lisa and also have identified with this song a great deal. I especially liked the way Cat/Yusuf introduced this song on the dvd, explaining that although it was about a friend of his it also reflected himself as well. I think that sums up how we identify with his songs......even now. A song can have a huge effect on us and when we hear it and have those memories, sometimes happy, and sometimes excrutiatingly painful (as with your niece) it is really as if time has stood still. I often wonder if it's just like a little "hello from an angel". Jackie

I think this could be the reason why the song hits home for me, as well, because, even though I never knew it, until I heard Cat say it, that it was indeed about himself , as well. Listening to the song, back in the 70s, as I was going through my own emotional turmoil, I was able to feel Cat's as well. Peace,Vivian

I agree with those who stated that Tuesday's Dead was a highlight of that concert. Did anyone notice that Cat botched some of the lyrics on The Hurt?
