Yeah, be we can not rely on official setlist... I think that in Oberhausen he did not Play "Pop Star" (he moved "Moonshadow" in first part instead) and on official setlist also is not "Oh Very Young" ... so someone could be fired ;D

Hm, I have posted a few links to video clips from Oberhausen on Yusuf's FB as my comment, but.. maybe confusion was made by pushing that wrong button... what did exactly was the case, what was started with pushing the button for the wrong song? What did you hear? Playback or some kind of effects?

Someone posted this on Yusuf's Facebook: @m: that is NOT true, Yusuf plays live!! We know that. But, I think it is not a good idea to have 'Boots and sand' played with playback vocals! This might give people the impression. |

Besides being very thankfull to all for the great pics and videos of Yusuf in concert , this video from Hurt was extra special seeing our Majicat friends hanging out together before the concert. Thankyou Hurt  |

Wow,  Looking at the photo Aminah took of the venue, I noticed our friend Jane sitting right, on the end, second row from the front. All who know Jane won't miss her. As Martina, and Jane were at the last two concerts, maybe they will be able to tell us what actually happened and compare.  Wow, Vicki - you have good eyes! It is cold, windy and rainy in Krakow  so I am catching up a little on Majicat. To be honest, I was really trying to just enjoy the concerts, so I didn't memorize when he played each song or how they were different. Maybe he chatted more between songs in Hamburg and that's why it was longer? I enjoyed them both so I guess I just didn't notice the differences. |

Well, Jane will be in seventh heaven-after narrowly missing out on meeting Yusuf at RAH her and Regine got to meet Yusuf along with Hurt. Can't wait to hear more about that. It was very special and I am so happy I got to share the moment with Regii. There were 8 of us allowed to meet him, two at a time, so Regii and I paired-up. He is lovely and soft-spoken. He extended his hand and Fauzia did the same - she is just as lovely. He asked both Regii and I our names on Majicat so he would know who we are. Yoriyos was also in the room and told Yusuf I had come from America to see the concerts - I told him I was going to 4 of them. Both Yusuf and Fauzia raised their eyebrows in surprise - or maybe because they thought I was crazy! Regii told him that she has posted many times, asking him to play "King of Trees" and he said "Yes, I think that may be why I decided to sing it again." How special for Regii - he REALLY did play it for her! I told him how nice it was to see him play the keyboard again, and he said there are so many new gadgets now and it is fun to try new things. He signed both my ticket and the "Roadsinger" CD I brought with me. Then we were pretty quickly ushered out by Yusuf's security, but it was a fabulous and memorable moment! |

Wow janeB, I am so happy for you guys. I wish I can meet him, but I wont be greedy I will enjoy being in his concert. I wish you all the best for the rest of concerts you are going to.

YES!!! Finally, someone posted it! I lo-o-o-o-ve it - melancholy tone, contrasted by the somewhat lighter tune on the piano. This is for my seriously broken heart in the early 1970's in college- my first love!  But I am all better now. Aren't we all! You're welcome ;D |
