I am just kidin' a little bit ;D & checking how many of you folks are still alive here on Majicat & waiting for news  But, I am sure that the Cat Yusuf's new album will be out in May 2013! So, we'll see... maybe I'm right and maybe I'm wrong.. lalala |

Concerning this forum, this comes to mind: sad state of affairs. A lot of people rely on Facebook now. I personally don't use social medias. I'm allergic do them, especially those using personal info for stock market profit.
As for a new album, I would much rather prefer a North American Tour, which is LONG overdue.

He has to get a new album out in time for the tour-otherwise he will have to do the same concerts again.
Not that any of us would mind I am sure, but surely he would...

I believe he is learning so much from all the songs he's written as he re-lives them again and again .. like we do

Yay - a new album would be wonderful! (Sorry to take so long to comment; I'm having one heck of a game logging in to Majicat! I don't know if it's my computer or my settings, but although I can view the board, I can hardly ever log in  ) Keeping fingers, eyes, knees etc crossed for some news from Yusuf in the very near future! Boy, Gabi, talk about a ray of sunshine! As always, it will be fascinating following Yusuf's progress on this -- Thank goodness for 'The Age of the Internet' (remembering the 'old days' -- no, not, in this instance, of "the old school yard" -- but of the time when we eagerly foraged for any scrap of information we could get our hands on as his new music was being recorded!).
