About "copyrighted material"... if any kind of information leaked from somewhere about new album then I do not see any sense in not spreading the information on the board. I do not even see any harm in showing the album cover images or song ilustrations in advance, but ok, there can be problem with a copyright here. But it is too much to see a problem in uncovering track listing from the album! Of course, leaking of the songs (via torerents etc.) before and after the album is out is a problem, but there is no need for hard censorship here with "track listings" and all these "small things".
And one more thing... it is no good if I have to comment this issue here, because "Very important" message is locked :-(

I am very sorry for what happened. The truth is that I did not know I could not share these drawings.
I do not understand anything about copyright and these legal issues. If I had known it, of course , I would not had done.
I apologize mostly to William Stout and to Yusuf for having upset them with these publications.
It will not happen again.

I think it is OKAY to post and share a litte bit of information on the new album... just like William Stout did at his official Facebook... he just informed us the album title and WE ALL already KNEW the upcoming title and he shares it as a PUBLIC post....,so that's all... regarding the copyrighted material on the covers album, etc...yes....in that case it can't be showed or be shared until the album is OUT.
This is to show how we support THE ARTIST by buying their original work. (but please remember by onlyto share them after the release date or half a year or more than that)
*As the torrent thing like Crobarbie just said I've no idea on it, but to download a song as a mp3 album by purchasing it/them online its still okay on me.
I hope we'll be hearing soon some previews of the songs on their website soon...or they will provide us and created a new preview website like the previous album, ROADSINGER. (OF COURSE, I'll buy the CD when the album comes out soon - *hint*andIalreadyknewtherelaesdate;)
